Shipping and Delivery - When you purchase goods from our Site, the order will ship within 48 hours of receiving the order, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Weekends and Holidays. If an order includes multiple products, it will not be shipped until all products are in stock. Partial orders will not be shipped unless specifically requested by a customer, and additional shipping charges will apply. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. Das Parts Inc. can not guarantee order arrival time, but offer a fair estimate.
Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order, location to be delivered to, and the delivery method. If an order displays a $0.00 shipping charges, it is a local pick-up only. After placing your order, contact us to arrange a pick-up time. Items for pick-up are held for 14 days only. If not picked-up within 14 days of placing an order, a 25% restocking fee applies.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. Shipping charges are non refundable.
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Canada your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
In an unfortunate event that a shipped order is received damaged or lost, Das Parts Inc. and the shipping company need to be notified within 24 hours. There is no guarantee by Das Parts Inc. that credit will be issued by any carrier. Replacement products will not be shipped until the carrier’s investigation is complete, and shipping authorized. There is no refund for any damaged or missing product, only replacement.

All parts purchased from Das Parts Inc. store are to be used at the discretion and risk of the customer. Das Parts Inc. strongly recommend that all parts to be installed by a professionally licensed mechanic.
Order Acceptance Policy - Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Das Parts Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered for any item.
Out-of-Stock Products - Das Parts Inc. will ship your order within the next 48 hours, or as it becomes available. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Other Conditions - These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Das Parts Inc. store signs them or not. Das Parts Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
