USED PARTS WARRANTY is 30 days on all used parts unless otherwise stated. Used bushings, bearings, pads, rotors, ball-joints, tie-rods, and any other wear components are sold ASIS with no warranty, and are not for road use.
Das Parts Inc. guarantees that all the used parts we sell are in good tested working condition. We accept returns of defective products only, for exchange or store credit, within 30 days of initial purchase. Das Parts Inc. reserves the right and sole discretion to determine if an item is defective. Any returned item found not to have defect will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by original Das Parts Inc. sales receipt. All used items must also have clearly visible original Das Parts Inc. inventory markings. No exceptions.
NEW PARTS WARRANTY varies by manufacturer. Most new parts offer a warranty of at minimum 30 days.
Das Parts Inc. guarantees that all new, genuine, and aftermarket parts are free from manufacturing defects and flaws. Das Parts accepts returns of products with manufacturing defects only, for exchange or store credit, within 14 days of initial purchase. Das Parts Inc. reserves the right and sole discretion to determine if an item is defective. Any returned item found not to have manufacturing defect will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by original Das Parts Inc. sales receipt. Beyond the 14 day in store warranty, certain products carry various manufacturers warranties, this can be found on a warranty card that is included with parts that qualify. Mileage at install date must be recorded for all warranty claims.
All ELECTRONICS ARE FINAL SALE.
All electronics and electronic items, new or used, are FINAL SALE. There is absolutely no returns on electronics or electric products of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to ECUs, computers of any kind, modules, electric motors, wire harnesses, and sensors.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order are appropriate for their vehicle. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the return, including but not limited to return shipping charges. All shipping charges are non refundable.

Das Parts Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered for any item.
Out-of-Stock Products - Das Parts Inc. will ship your order within the next 48 hours, or as it becomes available. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Other Conditions - These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Das Parts Inc. store signs them or not. Das Parts Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
